Cycletherapy Spin Class 1/5/19 :: Base Training 1
Despite the unseasonably warm weather we had a great turnout for week 1 of the Cycletherapy Spin Class. Thanks to all of the riders who showed up and worked so hard. We are back at it next week on Saturday @ 11:00. It will be a little tougher, and a little longer, but still loads of fun!
