Staying on point

I mentioned in an earlier post about how I alternate large and small volume weeks during my winter base building period. The above image is an example of myself staying true to that point. The weather was excellent this week, and would have allowed me to get in some big training days. However, I know that to get the fitness results that I want, I have to stick to the program. This persistence will allow my form to show up in the most systematic and predictable way possible. Develop a plan for yourself, and stick to it.
