Cycletherapy Spin Class Week #6 Recap
We are half way through the series! I am only excited by that statement because it means we are heading towards warmer weather – hopefully. We had another great class today with just under 20 riders getting at it and gaining some fitness. Come on out and join us next week at Cycletherapy Bicycles on Saturday @ 11:00 for round 7.
