We almost doubled the number of participants from last week, and we had a very hearty workout in class today.   We also a special guest drop in for the class.   The special guest was not Shrek, but it was my mom who hauled her bike up and decided to do some pedaling with us.  She does not have any racing aspirations for next year – that I know of – but she was still able to hang with us during the full session.  We will resume the classes next Saturday – yes, the day after Christmas – at 11:00 at Cycletherapy Bicycles.
